RCT Council Non Domestic Repairs

LCB are the sole contractors on the Non-Domestic repairs frameworks for RCT Council delivering works in the East lot of the council borough. We have recently resecured the East Lot as part of a recent tender exercise and are in the 9^th year of our partnership. As part of the scope of works we carry out in and out-of-hours general building responsive maintenance to council owned buildings; planned general building planned; electrical repairs and testing; plumbing and heating; roofing repairs and replacement; and social value projects.

We have been successfully delivering this framework since January 2014 and have built up a strong relationship with all stakeholders, working in schools, offices, leisure facilities, parks and listed buildings across the lot area with a value of £860K worth of work annually.
