Pendarren House

This project saw the full internal refurbishment and re-roofing of the Pendarren Outdoor Centre, which is owned and managed by the London Borough of Haringey, and used as an outward bound centre for young Londoners in the borough. The works needed to be coordinated round the centre’s busiest period, and the re-roofing had to be carried out under full supervision of an ecologist due to roosting bats.
