Hafod Housing Association Church Road

We carried out the design, construction, commissioning, and handover of 13Nr 2-person 1-bed flats and 4Nr 3-person 2-bed flats (17 flats in total). The flats were of traditional construction and built on a very tight site with significant logistical challenges, none less than the local road network, and ensuring we worked sympathetically with the local residents in ensuring our works did not impact their day-to-day activities.
