Working with our retrofitting partner, Ambue, we are delivering a wide range of fabric first measures to this property, including EWI, IWI, Loft Insulation, in roof insulation for both flat and pitched roofs, alongside internal upgrades, including new condensing boiler and full electrical rewire.
Ambue are carrying out the role of retrofit coordinator and retrofit designer.
The works are being privately funded, and we are using this opportunity to further upskill our direct trades to PAS2030 standard to widen the scopes of works we can self-deliver to demonstrate PAS2035 compliance, whilst alleviating pressure on an already over-stretched supply chain.
