Project Description
We are currently on site at this industrial unit, having completed the full strip out of the existing internal configuration, and are commencing the works to combine units 12 and 13 into a single unit. Works include over-cladding the roof with a new roofing system, removal and reinstatement of windows and security doors, general improvements and security upgrades, M&E works, and the installation of a new pod unit to the rear of the building.
