Cardiff Council Non Domestic Repairs

LCB carry out in and out-of-hours general building responsive maintenance to council owned non-domestic buildings, planned general building works, electrical repairs and testing, plumbing and heating installation/maintenance/repairs,  roofing repairs and replacement, and social value projects.

We work in a variety of non-domestic properties, such as schools, care-homes and offices. Included in Cardiff’s stock are iconic listed buildings such as Cardiff Castle and merchant buildings.

We have been successfully delivering this framework since April 2018 and have built up a strong relationship with all stakeholders, working in schools, offices, leisure facilities, parks and listed buildings across the County, and have recently secured the contract when it was retendered at the close of 2022.
