Cardiff University School of Dentistry

Over the summer period, 2022, we carried out the refurbishment of the Dental School’s changing facilities. Works were carried out in an extremely confined site, and whilst the works were completed outside of the academic year, the University was still in full use for summer schools and visiting researchers. The works also had a defined timescale to be completed by, in time for the new academic years. Works carried out included full strip out and refurbishment of male and female changing facilities, new M&E installs including lighting upgrades, FRA works, removal and reinstatement of suspended ceiling, re-tiling, altro whiterock, new flooring finishes new sanitaryware and full decorations.
