Bristol City Council Minor Works

We have been working in partnership with Bristol City Council since August 2021.  At our Fishponds office we have a full dedicated stores area, with areas specific to each contract where we store materials and void packs for Bristol.

We have delivered several standalone projects for Bristol City Council, awarded via their DPS covering several planned maintenance elements, with project scopes varying from single trade works to full major refurbishment of void properties/disrepair works.

Additionally, we also deliver aids and adaptations works for Bristol residents, via DFG funding; working with both housing tenants and private individuals. These orders include adapted bathrooms, kitchens, adapted extensions, access and listing equipment installations. As these works are classed as major adaptations, they tend to have several scopes within, so works also include redecorations, new flooring installations, and other general building works.
