Adams Court

Adams Court in its original layout comprises 70Nr apartments, of temporary accommodation for homeless people and families together with support facilities, offices and Creche.

Works carried out involved the conversion of shop and office spaces into additional residential units, creating 103 flats in total. Additionally, a new external reception area outside of the building’s original footprint was being created, and installation of a new lift shaft, plus further external works creating a new substation, creation of electrical intake room and new M&E feeds into the building.
