Back in February 2021, in the midst of a Covid lockdown, we opened our new Bristol office
This is to support LCB’s expanding operations over the bridge and into the South West of England
We created a modern office space, complete with onsite stores and waste management and recycling facilities, and environmentally conscious elements such as PIR lighting throughout to help reduce our operational carbon footprint – and no main LCB office would be complete without a fully equipped staff gym!
Since opening, we have increased our presence in the South West through several contract wins and negotiated projects.
At Bath and North East Somerset Council, we are delivering repairs and maintenance to 900+ corporate properties and other public buildings including over 450 listed properties in and around the historic city of Bath.
We have started to carry out disrepair works for Places for People to their properties across the Avon and Somerset districts
Our recent appointment to Alliance Homes’ voids framework will see us supporting Alliance’s DLO, ensuring a quick turnaround for their void properties, and giving much needed homes to new tenants.
Complementing this work for public sector clients and housing associations, we manage our work with Travis Perkins from the Bristol Office, carrying out internal and external refurbishments for various Travis Perkins-owned brand depots, offices and yards across the region.
A great start from our Bristol team who we are sure will continue to go from strength to strength!
