We are thrilled to have recently re-secured our Lot 3 contract for Trivallis,  continuing to deliver voids and repairs support in the Taff region.

We see this as a great opportunity to both continue our great working relationship with Trivallis and refresh and reinvigorate the service we offer; ensuring we keep delivering best value and excellent customer care for residents.

Matthew Bennett, Operations Manager said: “I am so pleased we have been successful in winning this contract. Through our existing working relationships, our team have really got to know Trivallis, and know how important it is for them to delight tenants with a high-quality repairs service and timely turnaround of high-quality voids, enabling residents to quickly move into their new homes. Mine and the team’s focus now is to ensure we keep exceeding expectations throughout this new contract”.
