LCB Group has been awarded 3 refurbishment projects for Cardiff University for the summer of 2015. Undertaking cyclical refurbishment works for 3 blocks of student accommodation, we look forward to another busy summer of work with the University. Having completed a 91 bedroom refurbishment on Gordon Hall in 2013, LCB looks to further build our reputation with Cardiff University this summer. Works are anticipated to be in the value of around £700k and are to be completed in 10 weeks between mid June and end of August. Cardiff University’s new procurement approach offers greater opportunity for local and smaller SME’s to undertake projects in the local communities.
