Our Board and Senior Management Team all have an enthusiastic approach, live our values and care about the services we provide and the work that we do. Also, quite uniquely to the sector we believe, all our senior managers and directors started their careers as apprentices or trainees. We’re passionate about training and developing the next generation and we have the lived experience through our own training paths to guide and develop best practice.
